Adams Row is a loft-style condominium jointly developed by Adams Investment Group and PN Hoffman in 2005. The Georgetown-based architect, Hickok Cole, designed open and contemporary loft-style condominiums with a clean, industrial look on the interiors, and a mixture of brick and glass curtainwall on the facade. This 68-Unit condominium building features unique layouts and full height storefront windows designed to blur the lines separating interior and exterior space. The loft-style units use the raw building elements and incorporate them as signature design features; steel, concrete, exposed ductwork, and expansive glass. To balance the strength of this design, the unit finishes with hardwood flooring, wood cabinetry, and designer lighting. With granite tops, marble baths, stainless steel appliances, and polished chrome fixtures, Adams Row perfectly balanced the raw design elements of the city with the warm furnishings of a home. This award winning project has been featured in numerous publications for its innovative design and contribution to DC Architecture.
Adams Row sold out in 2006.
